Some of the readers here might know, that I’ve always find inspirations from articles, books or conversations that I came across.

Just not long ago, I was reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and one of the many valuable lessons that he pointed out was the differences between action and motion.

As I recall back on the differences and purpose behind them, I am guilty of stopping just at the motion, never putting my motions into actions. The real thing that was moving forward was just the seconds and minutes hands on the clock.
